Made by potters.

Our story starts in 2021, when we could not find the right potter's wheel to use in our own studio for daily work. All we could have bought were either too clumsy, too weak or too expensive; neither were designed to fit our expectations in terms of aesthetics and features. So we decided to grab a pencil, drew some sketches and started a 3 year long journey in industry design. After several versions, lots of failures and re-design, we are glad to say that our Korong_24.1 potter's wheel has not missed our original goal. We have created a wheel that is sturdy, spacious, strong and last but not least: an eye candy that is the highlight of your workspace.

We are running our own pottery since 2020, have tried many different wheels and finally settled with our own wheels for the past 1.5 years. We can assure you: you will love it from the moment you first throw on it.

Korong_24.1 has a spacious worktop for all the tools you need while throwing, a strong 0.55 kW motor, a footpedal that is intuitive and sturdy, a large 30 cm (ca. 12") diameter wheelhead with a splashpan large enough to keep you going all day long without having to empty it.
All of these are packed economically into a potter's wheel that is lightweight (25 kg or ca. 55 lbs), beautifully designed and will be your trusty partner in ceramics making for many-many years and many thousands of pots, without ever having to worry about maintenance.
All parts are engineered to last a lifetime, you do not have to worry about loosened belts, lubrication of bearings or failing motors ever again with our wheel.

And the best part? We kept the price at an affordable level, without the hassle of manufacturing in the Far East.
Our wheel is made in EU, in Hungary, by the very hands that actually use it to throw pots on it every day. Let us put it this way: If you call us and we are unable to answer the phone, that is almost surely because our hands are fully submerged in wet clay, using our own product. Is that a good-enough promise, that we know what we are talking about?
